So, what does Learncor do differently?

I’ve always believed that every student comes with a different starting point.

Some need to rebuild a few foundations, some are keeping up but don’t feel too confident and others have a specific goal ahead of them.

And, I firmly believe that the students who make the most progress are not the ones doing the most worksheets/papers, they are the ones who have consistent support, someone who understands their learning journey and helps them plan beyond the next school assessment.

At Learncor, our aim is to ensure that we understand how our students are thinking, where they are getting stuck, what motivates them and constantly creating a space where a student feels comfortable saying, “I don’t understand.”

From experience, I can confidently say that ensuring a strong foundation is key to succeeding in any exam/assessment. Learncor was built around this idea and we continually ensure our students feel confident about every concept they learn.

We don’t want students to just memorise the strategies, we want to ensure they understand the ‘why’ behind the questions. From experience, we’ve seen that confidence grows when students understand something and practise it consistently.

Hi, I’m Vidhi, a private tutor with over 10 years of experience supporting students from Grade 2 through to VCE in Mathematics, English, and reasoning-based subjects.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked with a wide range of students, from primary school learners building foundational skills, to VCE students preparing for exams, and students preparing for scholarship and selective entry tests. Across all levels, my focus is the same: building confidence, improving understanding, and helping students become independent learners.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all tutoring. Every student learns differently, so I take a personalised approach that starts with identifying gaps in understanding and then building a clear, structured plan to address them. Lessons are paced to suit the student, with an emphasis on clarity, repetition where needed, and consistent progress over time.

I also understand what it’s like to study demanding subjects and work towards high expectations. My goal is not just to help students improve their marks, but to help them develop the skills and confidence to approach challenges calmly and logically.

Our Goal

At Learncor, preparing for VCE/QCE is not just to finish the syllabus, it’s to walk into every assessment knowing how to think through the questions in front of you.

With us, SACs, school assessments, exams, all become a part of the plan. We slow down when something doesn’t make sense, revisit the concepts often and make sure you understand the ‘why’ behind them.
